How to read the letters

S and A rows are units both a July 2025 ranking and an October 2026 lineup placed in those bands for the same jobs. B rows are units the October 2026 table graded that way. Units described only as early or joke picks are on the unit pages and were not given a letter here, because the sources did not assign one to each name.

Which [🎉RELEASE🎉] Undertale Adventures X boards are on this hub?

Two jobs, two lists. Open a child page for the long table. This hub is the snapshot.

Tierunits10 ranked rows.

S tier

unitsSansPublic lineups call Sans the area-damage and crowd-control piece that stops grouped waves from leaking.

Player decision Use when packs are the thing ending the run. This is a lineup role, not a measured DPS ranking.

unitsAsrielBoth the July 2025 ranking and the October 2026 table call Asriel a flexible area-damage unit for packs and bosses.

Player decision Field Asriel when you need one unit that does not fall off as soon as a boss spawns.

unitsMettaton NEOCalled the premier single-target and boss-killing unit in the October 2026 lineup, matching the July 2025 boss-killer grade.

Player decision Bring Mettaton NEO when a high-health enemy is what fails the stage. No October 2026 damage number was published.

unitsUndyne the UndyingDurable front-line damage dealer in both the July 2025 ranking and the October 2026 table.

Player decision Use as the unit that stands in front. Asgore is the named substitute.

unitsPapyrusLate-game crowd control and scaling damage in the October 2026 table. Also the ultra rare of the August 2024 Snowdin banner.

Player decision Keep Papyrus once you are out of the opening acts. Muffet is the named crowd-control substitute.

A tier

unitsAsgoreTank and single-target melee in both public tables. Named as the stand-in when Undyne the Undying is missing.

Player decision Place Asgore in the front-line job until Undyne the Undying is available.

unitsMuffetCrowd control that slows large groups, in both the July 2025 ranking and the October 2026 table.

Player decision Use Muffet so your area damage has time to hit. She is the named substitute for Papyrus.

unitsMettaton EXArea-damage wave clear in both public tables, ranked under Sans and Asriel.

Player decision Add Mettaton EX when the missing job is wave clear rather than boss damage.

B tier

unitsTemmieEarly glass cannon. The October 2026 table says defensive scaling falls off.

Player decision Temmie can open a run. Replace the slot once you have a unit the lineups still use in late waves.

unitsGreater DogTank with low personal damage on the October 2026 table. Super rare on the August 2024 Snowdin banner.

Player decision Use Greater Dog only to hold a front line you cannot fill with Asgore or Undyne the Undying.

FAQ

[🎉RELEASE🎉] Undertale Adventures X ranking questions

Is the tier list official?

No. The letters follow a July 31, 2025 ranking and an October 13, 2026 lineup that name the same top five and the same main substitutes. Side Productions did not publish this board.

Does the October 12, 2026 update change the board?

The Roblox record updated that day and the description did not change. No patch notes were posted, so a balance change could exist that this board does not show.
